BLACK COAT
'SEAMLESS TAR FELTING SUBSTITUTE'
BLACK COAT is a new generation, Pitch-Epoxy-Alkyd based
system, recommended as a water proofing system on any type of Concrete or roof
surfaces. BLACK COAT has got a good grip and without dilution with any solvent,
it gives a coating thickness between 30-40 microns (single coat basis).

It is compatible to Tar felted roofs. |

It is the first step for giving full proof water proofing to
your roofs. |

It is compatible with any type of roofs strata including the
lime surkhi coated roofs. |

It can also be applied on tore steel rods to avoid corrosion
in the casted roofs. |

It is also an excellent termite resistance materials and keeps
away termites from wood. |

It can be applied on live standing trees, which are attacked
by termites. |
 |
First coat gives 60-80 sq.ft. per liter, depending on the
surface. |
HOW TO MAKE COMPLETE WATER PROOFING SYSTEM

Apply first coat of BLACK COAT (No dilution is recommended
with any solvent). |

To get the best water proofing results
which can withstand upto 10 years use 1" screed of cement mortar with C-MAX @
1%. For more details, please ask us. |

However, recommended dilutant is MTO.

Give second coat of BLACK COAT after the first coat is dried.
|
 |
After drying the second coat, apply one coat of TOPCOAT -BLACK
(coverage area - 100 sq.ft. per liter) |

If any cracks appearing, then use SRL's Cloth bandage system
for complete sealing of the cracks. |
 |
If you need cool home in summers and heat radiation effect,
then apply one coat or two coats of WHITE KNIGHT on TOPCOAT BLACK. |

The company does not suggest you to use
it as a recommended food grade coating. So, it is not to be used as inside
coating of the water tank, if the coating remains in contact with water. |
