WARRANTY All statements in this leaflet should be read, subject to the products being properly stored, handled, applied and maintained as appropriate to each application in accordance with sound and prudent codes of practice stated herein. The information contained in this document is based on the experience gained over yours and on data available at the time of writing, which we believe is accurate and reliable. SRL reserves the right to change the information without prior notice. SRL products are warranted against faulty manufacture and defective workmanship during the ordinary course of application under ideal conditions as discussed herein. SRL products are reliable, quality tested and enjoy our warranty againest faulty manufacture and defective workmanship. A very reliable guarantee for performance. Even with a quality assurance program, faulty finishes do occur occasionally in any standard product. Such instances will be rare, quickly discovered and corrected with proper consultation of our Agents / Experts & the SRL Technical team. The warranty is valid only when all application guidelines are met and documented within our active knowledge. We do not warranty any jobs where these requirements are not met. Because we can not control the application environment and the condition of the surface of the substrate, we are very strict with these requirements. We are confident that, SRL products will outperform all other products in the market if applied according to our application guidelines. High humidity, high moisture content of the substrates surface, poor surface preparation and application error are the overwhelming cause of failures and therefore must be avoided to obtain best results. DISCLAIMER The Seller makes no warranty, express or implied, concerning the product or the merchantability or fitness thereof for any purpose, except that the product shall conform o the contracted specifications. No claim of any kind shall be grater in in amount than the purchase price of the quantity of product in respect of which damages are claimed. In no event shall Seller be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether Buyer's claim is based on contact, breach of warranty, negligence or otherwise. |
