POLYFELTSRL Polyfelt system is an extension of SRL Bandage system, where only Polyester cloth is used as a Bandage, whereas, Polyfelt is a laminated HDPE with cloth. This system is to be used only with WHITE KNIGHT- Water Soluble. Because of the HDPE used, the micron build up in the system is more than 100 in single Polyfelt and the grip with Water Soluble WHITE KNIGHT, it is a full proof water proofing. APPLICATION METHODIf the cracks on Roof or Asbestos sheets or a Plastic Sheets are bigger than 3mm or if the roof has to be used for some special purpose, like Gardening etc. then this system of Polyfelt is very much useful. First of all, the surface should be prepared,
making it free from dust and loose particles. Water Soluble WHITE KNIGHT has to
be applied by brush on the cloth side of Polyfelt and one coat of Water soluble
WHITE KNIGHT has to be applied on the roof and both the surface have to be
pasted. It is advisible that, this system is applied through only our
authorized Applicators, who are well trained on the job. After completing the Polyfelt, if the roof is used even for the purpose of gardening, it may be done, provided you give a 1 inch screed concreting with 1:6 Cement & Sand mixed with C-Max of SRL. C-Max is a Cement Maximiser, which also acts as Water Proofing Agent. Once the roof is cured you can maintain a garden on the top of the roof, without water seepage to your house. PACKING - 5 Sq.
