Grinding materials are based on high quality Calcined Alumina grits mixed with Silicon carbide grains to impart special working hardness.To give the desired preform to such abrasives materials, Phenol formaldehyde binders are used. SRL manufactures all the varieties of P.F.Resins used in this industries in powder form. Since, liquid resins used in this application have very short shelflife, we recommend that the sourcing of liquid resins should be done from a nearby source rather than importing. Such liquid resins are used only to dissolve the powder and for getting pressing consistency.
