FEATURES
TOP COAT is an excellent and tough protective coating for wood, concrete,
machinery, equipments, marine fixtures, signboards and battery terminal etc. It
provides a crystal, clear invisible layer, which is transparent and hard. Metal
surfaces will look new and shinning for a longer period, because, Topcoat
resists water, retards rust and corrosion. In short, it acts as a “PLASTIC
LAMINATION”.
TOP COAT forms a flexible clear plastic coating which is ultra violet stable
and does not fade or discolour in sunlight, it is quick drying, long lasting and
protects oxidation, fungus and corrosion.

DIRECTION FOR USE
By brushing, spraying or dipping. For best results, two coats should be
applied and 90 minutes waiting period should be given before applying the next
coat. Compatible with M.T.O. so, brush can be cleaned easily.

ON PLASTIC CHAIRS
| Used Plastic chairs looks shabby on regular use. Coat of WHITE
KNIGHT with TOPCOAT Lamination will make it new once again. |

ON STEEL AND OTHER METALS
| Avoids even from the attack of Salt Water. On fabricated Tanks,
steel Doors & Grills. It will avoid rust and protect the colour from
Sun & Rain. Protects Water cooler from rust and mild electric shock.
Laminates Signboard, Hoarding for longer life and instant glaze. Under
coating in the marine will increase the life of bottom of ship even in
salty water. Other marine fixtures will also be protected from
sea-worthy conditions. Protects machinery and Equipment. Good under coat
for cars, scooters that will laminate & protect the base from
corrosion. We recommend TOPCOAT BLACK for this. Shine of decorative
brass article will not go after TOPCOAT lamination. Can even be used for
bicycle rims & motorcycle wheels. Laminates galvanized or anodized
metal to keep the colour & coating intact. On all varieties of
metals as protective layer. On Railway coaches & wagons it will
protect the colour and increase the life for more years and can be
washed simply. Colours of Bridges are faded within one season of Sun
& Rain. TOPCOAT can protect the colour for many seasons, saving huge
paint and operational cost. |

ON THE BUILDING & CONCRETE STRUCTURE
| TOPCOAT is very successful in the public utility areas where
oils & paints are used. The coating of Top Coat will keep the
cleanliness for longer period and if at all, stains are coming, this can
be washed with soap or detergent. |
| TOPCOAT is also resistant to Alkali and Acids. So, it can be
easily used for the public urinals and utility area. On the mosaic
surface, this will increase the hygienic conditions and avoid yellowing
of the wall tiles or mosiac floored corners. |
| In low cost building structures which are in Red bricks, this is an
excellent coating to give a impermeable layer which will retard water
absorption that affects the life of the building normally. |
| If TOPCOAT is applied on Exterior Cement paint of a building, then it
will give better fungal resistance and also impart glaze to the building. |
| In India normally wall tiles are fitted with white cement and
the cement gets dirty on regular usage. If Topcoat is applied in between
the joins it will keep it clean and avoid water absorption. Steel Rods
used in concrete structure gets Rusted with passage of time, especially
in coastal areas, TOPCOAT will avoid rusting of the rods, if Topcoat is
used before concreting. TOPCOAT increases the glaze and life of Marble
and protects Building, Temples etc. from Pollution apart from Sun and
Rain.

TOPCOAT as Enemy of Pan Stains
| Now-a-days Panmasala and Pan has become a nuisance and almost all the
building are dirty because of this bad habits of people. If Topcoat is
used as a corner coating, then it will not pick up the stains and if at
all they get deposited on walls these can be washed with water and
detergents. |
