HIGH SCRATCH RESISTANT FOR FLOORS
TOP COAT - SF is a new range of product under the series of
TOPCOAT and it acts as your safety guard. It is an excellent tough protecting
coating for stones, wood, leather, plastic surface, metal crafts, like brass &
silver, textiles, galvanized steel, black steel, electrical components, battery
terminals, concrete, interior walls of heavy traffic areas etc.
LAMINATION WITH TOPCOAT WILL GIVE THE FOLLOWING PROPERTIES

Does not give a glossy film. |

Gives a leather finish and leather feel. |

Does not change the colour substantially, when applied for
on walls. |

The natural plastic paint on the walls is retained without
giving a glossy effect like enamel. |

Can be applied over Plastic paints on the walls both
exteriors and interiors. |

Excellent breath ability over stones.

Excellent stain resistance. |
|
Can keep the textiles stain free without changing the
colour of textiles. But, minimum two coats are recommended by spray. |

On wooden furniture, this gives a protective layer, which
is in natural finish, neither matt nor gloss. (If you need gloss, please use
our TOPCOAT - SFG). |

Brassware's will not need regular cleaning, because a
coating of TOPCOAT - SF completely avoids oxidation. |

Good grips on plastic surfaces. So, You can lamination your
Plastic Boards with this. |

CAUTION
(1) This coating is meant for application on stones,
tiles, glass, paper, textiles. But this coating should not be used over painted
enamels otherwise, the enamel will be peeled off, because of nature of solvent
of TOPCOAT-SF.
(2) Special Precaution for Stones
Precaution should be taken with this coating, by putting
water on the stone and the pH of water should be checked and if the pH is
Acidic, then by further washing, it should be brought up to neutral and then
only, the coating should be applied, otherwise, the colour of the stones will
change. If stone pH will be neutral, then the coating will give a natural
finish.
