Product Description

DUROL - 006 is a two component organic and inorganic base, core plate varnish and is a combination of solids and solvents. After the roller coating, the electrical sheet get a tough and glossy cured films. This coating is suitable for Roller Coating Process.

Application Areas

DUROL - 006 is suitable for insulation of cold roller core sheets, which are used for lamination and this can withstand the Annealing temperatures.

Processing Suggestion

This coating is supplied in two parts, one is called as DUROL - 006 PART - A and the second is DUROL - 006 PART - B. The mixing ratio of the material is 4:1 and after mixing the material, it is applied through roller coating.

The curing of this varnish takes place in heated oven at the temeerature, ranging between 500-5500C. (Dwelling time 1 minute).

Properties of the Cured Film

Colour & Appearance : Light greenish shining film
Flexibility (Mandrel test) : Passes
Resistant to Solvent      : No effect of spirits.
IR Value    : 0.6 - 0.8 Amp., depending upon coating thickness.
Suitable thinner  :

Water
Shelf life :  12 months under normal Storage condition

DUROL - 006 PART - B : 50 kgs Plastic container

Safety Measures

DUROL - 006 PART - A / DUROL - 006 PART - B is a Non - flammable liquid. So, no danger of any fire. Hand -gloves and safety appliances should be used while handling the product. In case of contact, the affected area should be washed with soap and plenty of water.
