Product Description

Insulcore - 3000 is a single component, Core Plate Varnish, which consists of binder and solvent mixture and on baking, it gives a tough and uniform cured film.

Application Areas

Insulcore - 3000 is suitable for insulation of electrical sheets, applied in hot or cold rolled core sheets. Normally, it is used in Motors, Fans etc. On curing, it gives a hard and tough film, suitable for temperature index of 130°C.

However, curing of film is done normally in the temperatures, ranging between 350°C to 400°C.

Safety Measures

Insulcore - 3000 is a flammable liquid. So, no danger of fire. But, in case of fire, normal extinguishers can be used. Hand - gloves and safety appliances should be used while handling the product. In case of contact, the affected area should be washed with soap and plenty of water
