A Modified Polyesterene base for Class-H Electrical Insulating Varnish (180°C), Baking type.

Product Description

Insultop Premium is a modified Polyesterene base, baking type impregnation varnishes for Class - H insulation and it can also be used up to elevated temperature of 250°C and above in non-oxidizing condition.  It gives tough and hard coating, resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, transformer oil and can also withstand in thermo-mechanical shocks.

Application Areas

Insultop Premium can be used in manufacturing and repairing of traction motors, centrifugal motors, generators, transformers, cooling machines etc.

Safety Measures

Insultop Premium is a flammable liquid. So, dry chemical powder or CO2 or foam is to be used in case of fire and hand-gloves and safety appliances should be used while handling the product. In case of contact, the affected area should be washed with soap and plenty of water.
