Product Description

Insultop Super is an Insulating impregnation Varnish, based on Polysterene Polyl and Isocyanate base Catalyst. It is very thin in consistency and so, it can poured on the Motors and because of Catalystic reaction, the Varnish sets even at Room Temperature. But, it is advisable to bake it to takeout all the solvents.

Application Areas

Special Motors requires Class-H type of Insulation and temperature Index of 180-200°C. The cured film is resistant to any of oil and also Acid fumes, like H2SO4, HCL etc.

Safety Measures

Insultop Super  is a flammable liquid. So, dry chemical powder or CO2 or foam is to be used in case of fire and hand-gloves and safety appliances should be used while handling the product. In case of contact, the affected area should be washed with soap and plenty of water.
