WATER PROOFING AT ZERO COST

Water Proofing at ZERO cost can be done with a unique admixture, created by Sreechem Resins Limited and it is the only one in its class. The most ideal addition rate for this admixture is 1% of Cement. Now, with tests in BIS approved Laboratory, it has been found that, you can reduce the consumption of cement up to 20-30% in case of plastering  and bricks joining  applications, that means, if you make a cement and sand mixture in the ratio of 1 : 6, then you can shift to 1 : 8 without any problem.

Considering the above,  if one bag of cement  costs you Rs.125/-, you can do your work at 25% less material. If you use 37.5 kgs. of cement for the same job instead of  50 kgs. of cement, then saving of cement is 12.5 kgs., the cost of which is Rs.30/- approx. So, you are doing your job FREE OF COST, because input cost of C-MAX is equal to savings in quantity of cement.

Now, you have to add one bottle of C-MAX, which will cost you Rs.30/-. So, your total cost involved is Rs.125/- only. In every bag, if you save 12.5 kgs., then your cost saved is Rs.30/- and this money you are using for putting up C-MAX in the Mix and It is an insulation from cement price rises.

C-MAX is already approved as admixture,  conforming for IS-2645/1975 by National Test House, vide Test Certificate No. CE/02/152, dated 14/10/2002. 

 By putting C-MAX, you are dong complete water proofing in your plastering job, because the porosity level comes down to 3%, which is revealed from the tests conducted in BIS approved laboratory and the details are given as under.

From the above experiments, it is concluded  that, most  ideal addition rate for  C-Max is 1%  of Cement for the water proofing.
