DATA SHEET & METHOD OF USE

This is a Rubberized, Two Pack, Pourable PU system, Made as a perfect substitute of Poly-sulphide Resins. It is supplied in two packs, where one part is basic Rubberized Polymer with Polyol and second part is Hardener. The poured mass on setting, will give Rubberized, Flexible, Tuff and Impervious mass, which will not allow water to seep in and also will be flexible in the extreme weather condition to allow the expansion to take place in the building structure.

This is having excellent weather resistance properties. So, the life will be as good as Poly-sulphide Resin

Flash Point : Above 40°C.
Mixing ratio by volume : 9.5 : 0.5
Pot  life : 30-45 minutes
Method of Application : By Pouring,
Temperature Resistance : up to 150°C.
Theoretical coverage : 2-3 running meters per kg. KVT size -  20mm x 10mm
% Volume solid : 70% +
Drying Time : Surface Dry - 30 minutes
Hard Dry - 8 hours
Full Cure - 24 hours
Thinner : Insulthin Universal of SRL.
Storage life : Twelve months
