(WATER SOLUBLE)

 This is a newly developed Hybrid Poly-Acrylic Coating from SRL. It is a Ceramic loaded and Titanium filled water base coating with the added strength of Acrylics. Excellent adhesion on all types of surfaces, like concrete, wood, nonferrous metals, plastics and this has got properties of Fungal Resistance and Algal Resistance.

First time in India, one of the cheapest Acrylic coating for your interior application with 100% quality. Coating quality is equivalent to the best products.  This coating is meant for use on the internal walls of the houses. It has got excellent adhesion on walls and gives a long life and smooth velvet finish.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE

bulletMix one part of SUMO I with one part of water and use it on  the wall already coated with Cement Primer.**
bulletExcellent properties in two coats.
bulletMaterial is tintable*** and you can do the tinting with Pthalocynic base pigment concentrates, to avoid fading of colours.

 APPLICATION METHOD

 First coat should be given by mixing one part of the coating with one part of water, i.e. mixing ratio 1:1 and second coat may be with one part of the coating with 0.6 part of water, i.e. mixing ratio 1:0.6.

 **  Cheapest  Cement Primer can be made by diluting WHITE KNIGHT-6050 with  MTO in the ratio of 1:1 or use  WHITE KNIGHT-3040.

(4)   Thinning Ratio ( Volume):         1:1 for the  first coat & 1:0.6 for second                                                     coat.

(5)   Method of Application   :         By Brush/Roller/Spray

(6)   Coverage                     :         120 ± 10 sq.ft.per kg. in two coats  with                                                     flat brush (depending on the surface                                                      preparation)

(7)   Touch Dry                   :         30 minutes

(8)   Complete Dry              :         24 hours

(9)   Recoating period         :         4-6 hours   ( Temp.30°C, Relative humidity                                                     :60-65%)

(10) Finish                          :         Smooth

(11) Shades                         :         Tintable white & other shades

 PACKING SIZE:      1 kg., 5 kgs. & 10 kgs. in plastic containers.         

 

PRECAUTIONS   

If over thinning of material is done, then it will not give proper results. If instructions are properly followed, then this coating may prove to be the most economical and performance oriented.

 SAFETY INFORMATION

 This coating is not  a Fire hazard, but, precaution should be taken by wearing protective clothing like gloves and goggles to protect the eyes.
